My experience at Vertu MINI Yeovil could have been better because Vertu has gone down hill with helping customers, they are not honest with customers repairs. we have just purchase and new car and are still waiting for the V5 and car tax refund which we have since found out that the car had to be tax at the Post Office and couldn't be tax on line which we were not told about. we can't at present put our personalized plates on until we get this not happy. We had problems with transferring our EMAC plan. We had to take out a new one then found we didn't need to. But the only good thing about this horrendous experience is Jack Dean and the other sales persons were great and they eased the Trauma
